BBC East ender’s have the perfect scenario of Billy Mitchell and his partner Julie who was also brought up in the care system. They are portrayed as non achievers, no hopers, poorly educated and always in trouble, never holding down a job and totally irresponsible. Their granddaughter has turned up and she is the perfect street aware example of a child brought up in care always running away, unmanageable and selfish fulfilling all the criteria of a modern gang member.
Do we want children to grow up like that? The rate social services are snatching children and force adopting then there will be an explosion of gangs in the near future. Children are best kept with their grandparents in a stable home loving environment whenever possible but at the rate social services are rejecting them you would think all grandparents were bad. Surely the thousands of grandparents that have contacted us cannot be wrong.

ReplyDeletecourt is always the last resort As there is to many lawyer fat cat making money by preying on the grandparent's emotional state at the time where in this day and age there is little chance off wining a court battle as many parent's grandparents have found out to there cost left with a empty bank account, and not only that they feel so humiliated at being conned, and to all these grandparents where there is no risk of danger to the grandchildren please go for mediation it was only through advice from grandparent's apart that i learned how to approach and how stop blaming the other parent
it's not a case who is right or wrong but the important thing is the grandchild/ren its them being happy that that counts, bite the bullet be civil and after a while the friendship re kindles we are all very happy now our grandson is back with his dad, infact the three off them go away for the day the other grandparents are happy as well as they can now go out on there own now and enjoy themselves don't get me wrong it take a bit of time before things iron themselves out. if you get turned down the first time don't go away cursing the other side be civil Rome was not built in a day when things get tough just think off having the grandchild/ren back in your life, thanks for listening.
( trust me please do it it works to be honest i never ever thought it would work but i took the advice and it did at first there is a lot off suspect on both side's why are they being so nice after what happened but it soon goes
