DADS could still get the legal right to see their children after a break-up, Downing Street hinted yesterday.
Such a right would “do more harm than good” to children, added Mr Norgrove in his review of the family justice system.

But the Government yesterday insisted it was “committed” to shared parenting after a break up.
A spokesman said: “Children should have meaningful relationships with both parents after separation.”
Gavin Poole, of the Centre for Social Justice think tank, said: “Norgrove’s refusal to acknowledge the importance of fathers ignores the vast majority of public opinion.”
But Mr Norgrove said last night: “This is not about the rights of parents, it’s about the welfare of children.”
